Dental Assistant - $750 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who enjoys working with a supportive team, building relationships with patients, and helping create a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment
• Administer local anesthesia and monitor patient responses
• Take and process dental x-rays
• Record patient medical history and dental records
• Manage patient appointments and scheduling
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Handle billing and insurance claims
• Perform routine cleaning and polishing of teeth

Requirements

• Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program
• Valid healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience
• E.F.D.A. certification
• X-ray certification
• Bilingual Spanish
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
