About the role

Build the dental business region from a standing start, prospecting, qualifying, and closing target accounts across general dentistry, periodontics, implant surgery, and pedodontics.

Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within your territory (West Region).

Understand the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow.

Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues.

Segment the given territory to identify the key opportunities to drive strong sales growth in new business, and reach the full potential of the current customer base.

Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives.

Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers.

Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs, and bring new and innovative ways to drive peer-to-peer endorsement.

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competition.

Fully utilize CRM to report activity.

35% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the dental industry (capital equipment, dental technology, digital dentistry, implants, or clinical consumables).
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 5+ years of sales/business development experience (dental, orthodontic, medtech, or similar).
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive results independently.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Solid organizational skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with learning and selling new technologies.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), CRM/Salesforce, Excel, and Apple Mac products.

$90,000 - $110,000 + $60,000 OTE (uncapped).

Schedule
