Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a diverse range of meals according to our menu and established recipes
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food items to maintain food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations throughout the shift
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with diners and ensuring their satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
• Able to work effectively in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals
