About the role

As a Field Services Response Manager at Environmental Restoration LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce while managing emergency response and site remediation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Health and Safety of the workforce
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Federal, State and Local environmental regulations/laws
  • Set and carry out obtainable goals for the response team
  • Lead employees by example
  • Communicate effectively with personnel and clientele
  • Aid in providing solutions to complex situations
  • Create and monitor schedules for each worker
  • Perform, complete, or oversee internal and project documentation
  • Brief crew members on daily task requirements
  • Handle onsite incidents and emergencies proactively
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage timely procurement of supplies and materials

Requirements

  • Frequent and extensive travel is required
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and physical exam
  • Likely to be legally eligible to work in the United States (verified through E-Verify)
  • Ability to interpret and follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Environmental experience, hazardous waste experience and certification (OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER), CDL, heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience required

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have 5 years of environmental project experience with increasing responsibilities, excellent references, and the demonstrated ability to perform the listed daily functions.

Skills

Strong knowledge of hazmat and emergency response procedures, exceptional leadership qualities, strong time and change management skills, and the ability to work towards tight deadlines are essential.
