Manager, Field Service- Northeast Region

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Field Service- Northeast Region to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead a regional field service organization, ensuring strong execution, customer satisfaction, and efficient coverage across the Northeast. You will partner closely with sales, technical support, and service coordination teams to prioritize resources, resolve escalations, and drive a high-performing service culture. The position combines people leadership with operational oversight in a technical, customer-facing environment.
