- Pack out and remove contents from loss sites
- Able to lift, push, pull, and carry more than 25lbs
- Work in a team environment
- Speak with customers in a professional manner
Qualifications
Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with customer service protocols and communication skills
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25lbs
Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
Experience in a similar field is a plus, but not required
Passion for making a positive difference in people's lives
Knowledge of local regulations and insurance claims processes is beneficial
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
