Demand Writer - Personal Injury

About the role

As our Demand Writer in our Personal Injury Pre-litigation department, you will draft Personal Injury demand letters and obtain justice for clients who have experienced wrongful death, TBIs, catastrophic injuries, and major orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare successful demand packages for personal injury matters.
• Draft well-written demand letters that clearly establish the facts of the case and outline the injuries and damages sustained by the client.
• Calculate damages, including lost wages, property damage, and medical expenses.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience working in a personal injury law firm.
• Ability to review and organize medical records and bills.
• Must be able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling a large volume of personal injury cases and a proven track record of drafting successful demand letters.
• Type at least 40 wpm.
