Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

The Demand Planning Manager at UVeye will lead the forecasting and demand planning strategy, driving accurate forecasts, optimizing inventory, and aligning planning with business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, generating consumption forecasts, managing reconciliation of forecasts, and communicating demand changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Demand Planning in a capital-intensive subscription software demand environment, preferably in automotive, with 3+ years in leadership positions.
• Deep understanding of sales forecasting processes, demand planning systems, and S&OP/S&OE processes.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and development, including data mining, engineering, and visualization.
• Proven ability to develop long-term plans and manage demand planning performance via data-driven KPIs.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead from positions of influence in a matrix environment, both operationally and project/change-related.
• Experience in large-scale change management projects, preferably in Planning.
• Strong data analytics capabilities including advanced Excel functions, and familiarity with BI applications.
• Familiarity with customer collaboration approaches and tools, including: supplier portals, EDI, and collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR).
• Familiarity with digital transformation specific to ERP’s supply graph maintenance - readiness for advanced planning and scheduling, product lifecycle planning, target costing, sustainability reporting, and tier 2+ planning.
• 3+ years of consulting experience, identifying needs and delivering solutions.

Physical Requirements

• This role may involve on-site or field-based activities.
• Tasks may include extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking; working in and around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouse environments.
• Performing occasional manual tasks such as lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, bending, or reaching.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs.
