Responsibilities

  • Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to facilitate effective SIOP meetings, develop actionable plans, and monitor progress against targets.
  • Champion continuous improvement within the SIOP process to optimize inventory, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
  • Execute a clear vision for the demand planning function and inspire the team to achieve and exceed forecast accuracy goals.
  • Manage a team of demand planners, providing leadership, guidance, and support in all aspects of demand planning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, market trends, and customer insights, actively contributing to the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between demand plans, supply chain operations, and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person.
  • 6+ years of planning, materials, sourcing, or other related supply chain experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership of the SIOP process, including cross-functional alignment, structured review cadence, and delivery of performance outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex data analysis.
  • Strong process orientation and experience in planning.
  • Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team toward common goals.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with a Demand Planning tool (e.g., RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
  • Certification in supply chain management (APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
