Demand Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Run supply chain to balance demand v/s supply to meet company objectives.
• Work closely with operations to handle lead-time, capacity, and optimize supply position through-out the entire supply chain both at finished goods and key component level.
• Review forecast and create build plan with Business Unit based on demand and inventory targets.
• Maintain processes to assure the early/timely identification of factors and events leading to impact changes in demand projections.
• Establish allocation and complete process across to order fulfillment.
• Apply Configure to Order models to plan supply to improve our ability to react to the changing market demand.

Requirements

• BS/BA required, or equivalent experience.
• MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant systems/ semiconductor experience.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• An in-depth understanding of Supply Chain concepts and systems such as SAP/APO/Anaplan.
• Advanced Excel skills as well as knowledge of data base and reporting tool management.

• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a very open team environment.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize under a tight schedule.

Pay

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 143,750 USD for Level 3, and 128,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 4.

Schedule

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
