Demand Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to support forecasting and planning for our lower extremity product portfolio. This role will play a key part in driving forecast accuracy, supporting S&OP/SIOP processes, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain statistical and consensus demand forecasts for lower extremity product lines
- Analyze historical data, trends, seasonality, and market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate business insights and market dynamics into the forecast
- Participate in SIOP processes, including demand review and reconciliation meetings
- Monitor forecast performance using key metrics (e.g., MAPE, bias) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support scenario planning and risk/opportunity analysis
- Maintain data integrity within planning systems and ensure alignment across functions
- Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and changes to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain planning roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience working with forecasting tools or ERP systems
Qualifications
- Experience with Kinaxis (RapidResponse/Maestro) or similar advanced planning systems
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, exponential smoothing)
- Understanding of S&OP/SIOP processes
- Proficiency in SQL or comparable data querying tools
