As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our demand planning and S&OP processes to align with the company’s fiscal objectives.

Responsibilities
- Maintain direct responsibility for demand planning functions for a specific category.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across demand planning and S&OP processes.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working with cross-functional teams.
- Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Actively manage demand plans at the material/SKU/DC level.
- Ensure proper inventory levels to support business goals and customer demand.
- Analyze inventory levels critically and provide creative solutions to inventory issues.
- Collaborate with sales and category leaders on business decisions, line planning, timing, and new product introductions.
- Work with sales operations on market trends, POS/market inventory data, statistical projections, and historical analysis.
- Partner with Sourcing to manage inventory flow and support production plans for each category.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment to create an optimal Inventory & OTB Strategy supporting operational forecasts and mitigating volatility.
- Communicate, troubleshoot, and resolve constraints impacting service levels (demand, inputs, and capacity).
- Leverage planning systems (Anaplan, SAP, BW, and BPC) to maintain critical inputs for supply chain success.
- Collaborate with peers to develop proposals and recommendations for supply chain and business improvements.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business/Financial Planning, or Sales Forecasting/Demand Planning.
- Basic understanding of P&L and financial acumen.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with reading and following market trends.
- Highly organized, diligent, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
