About the role
You’ll generate an unconstrained demand plan, conduct finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions, and measure, report on, and drive improvement in demand planning accuracy. This role is onsite.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the rolling 18-24 months of unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.
- Assemble and analyze data pertinent for the assigned products to create an unconstrained demand plan.
- Support Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.
- Work with the Product Management team to coordinate new product launches, phase-outs, and platform changes, and incorporate them into the demand plan.
- Monitor finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommend SKU rationalization initiatives, and feed them into the Inventory Check book.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning and/or supply chain.
- Advanced knowledge of integrated ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinker who is proactive and process-driven.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
