About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to help drive pipeline growth and support revenue-generating marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated demand generation campaigns that support pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Creative, Communications, and other key stakeholders to deliver engaging programs that generate measurable business results.
  • Manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, Creative, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by providing campaign insights, materials, and resources.
  • Maintain data integrity using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics and results.
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies to improve campaign execution, content creation, audience targeting, personalization, reporting, and overall efficiency.
  • Develop a strong understanding of CSI's target audiences, buyer journeys, products, and industry trends.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for new marketing initiatives and program enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • B2B marketing experience required.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms preferred.
  • Fintech, banking, financial services, or technology industry experience preferred.
