About the role

Funnel Leasing Inc. is seeking a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Manager to build a repeatable pipeline engine across its defined market of roughly 1,800 target accounts. This role will segment the known universe, prioritize accounts, and design organic campaigns and ABM plays that reactivate dormant accounts and nurture net-new ones. The ideal candidate will partner with an internal resource to refine lead/account scoring and attribution systems, focusing on signals that matter and cadences that convert. This is an organic-first role—paid media is out of scope—leveraging thought leadership, events, content, email, organic social, and outbound cadences to drive pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & ABM:
    • Segment and prioritize the 1,800-account target list into tiers and personas based on engagement and intent, then build organic campaigns and cadences for each tier.
    • Design and execute reactivation campaigns for previously engaged accounts that have gone quiet, timed around events and content publishing.
    • Partner with the events team to plan pre- and post-event campaigns for 3 major industry events and the annual user conference, ensuring tracking, scoring, and follow-up for every attendee and prospect meeting.
    • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and events teams to repurpose existing thought leadership, podcast, and event content into structured nurture sequences by persona and buying stage.
    • Run ABM plays against top-tier accounts using organic and outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, direct outreach via tools like Clay and Instantly), replacing broad prospecting with precision targeting.
    • Own and continuously test cold and warm outbound cadences, partnering with SDRs on message and sequence performance.
  • Marketing Operations:
    • Administer HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead and account scoring models, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and data hygiene between the two systems.
    • Build and maintain campaign and channel attribution reporting that connects marketing activity to Salesforce pipeline and closed-won revenue.
    • Design and manage automated nurture and follow-up workflows, including a mandatory post-event follow-up cadence for the SDR team.
    • Define and maintain MQL/SQL criteria with Sales leadership and monitor handoff quality between marketing and the SDR/AE team.
    • Evaluate, implement, and operate tools that identify individual and account-level buying intent (e.g., website visitor identification, LinkedIn engagement signals) and feed that signal into scoring and routing.
  • Reporting & Collaboration:
    • Report on pipeline generated by channel and campaign, and determine what to scale, fix, or kill.
    • Partner with Sales leadership on SDR and AE enablement for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced opportunities.
    • Create a culture of continuous improvement and learning, fostering collaboration within the team and across the company.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in marketing operations, RevOps, or demand generation with hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred) and its integration with Salesforce.
  • Proven experience building lead/account scoring models, lifecycle stages, and automated nurture workflows from scratch.
  • Experience managing organic email and social/LinkedIn campaigns, including account-based targeting.
  • Background in B2B SaaS with a long sales cycle and multiple buying-committee stakeholders (enterprise, security, infrastructure, or similar); high-volume PLG/self-serve backgrounds are less aligned with this motion.
  • Comfort working from ambiguity; this role involves building systems, not maintaining mature ones.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull and interpret reporting on pipeline and channel performance independently.
  • Clear communicator who can operate independently while shaping tactics and pushing back when warranted.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life/AD&D, long- and short-term disability, and term life insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options
  • Retirement plan with a 2% company match
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Uncapped discretionary time off and sick leave
  • 14 paid holidays
  • One-time remote work stipend
  • Employee recognition program and employee-led groups (ELGs)

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 per year
