Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise Accounts
Join the team modernizing medicine at ModMed, where we’re reimagining the healthcare experience. Founded in 2010 by a practicing physician and a tech entrepreneur, we adopted a “for doctors, by doctors” philosophy—hiring physicians and teaching them to code. This approach has enabled us to build an AI-enabled, specialty-specific cloud platform that places patients at the center of care.
About the role
ModMed is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to take full ownership of both Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for our enterprise market segment. In this high-impact role, you will design and execute integrated programs tailored to large medical practices, driving engagement across complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles. You will work in close alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from strategy and budget allocation to pipeline acceleration and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans, taking complete ownership of both Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to hit target prospect, opportunity, and revenue goals.
- Build and scale targeted ABM programs specifically tailored to large medical practices, orchestrating multi-channel plays to engage key decision-makers through complex buying cycles.
- Manage vertical campaign budgets and partner with Product Marketing and Digital Media teams to deliver full-funnel GTM campaigns across paid media, content, events, and outbound plays.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, SDRs, and Solution Engineers to execute account plays, align on key account targets, and maintain clear feedback loops.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing Teams to produce compelling assets—such as case studies, white papers, webinars, and sales enablement tools—focused on enterprise drivers like operational efficiency, data analytics, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign health, account engagement, and funnel velocity, using data insights to optimize marketing spend.
- Identify, plan, and execute strategy for key trade shows and event activations to generate enterprise leads and deepen relationships with target accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven, documented track record of success owning both demand generation and Account-Based Marketing strategies.
- SaaS or software industry experience is strongly desired; experience in the healthcare industry (working with medical practices or health systems) is preferred.
- Deep understanding of navigating long, complex buying cycles in the enterprise market segment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to present strategies and metrics confidently to executive stakeholders and sales leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value proposition statements that influence healthcare decision-makers.
- Ability to travel 15% to 25% for trade shows, event activations, and team alignments.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, including a company Health Savings Account contribution.
- 401(k): ModMed provides a matching contribution each payday of 50% of your contribution deferred on up to 6% of your compensation. After one year of employment, 100% of any matching contribution you receive is yours to keep.
