About The Role We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own our paid acquisition strategy and execution end to end, from planning and budget allocation through creative, targeting, and reporting, across LinkedIn, Google, and platforms we test next. This is a hands-on, builder role: you'll set the quarterly demand gen strategy, manage campaigns from A to Z, and write messaging and build ad creative in partnership with the marketing team. You'll report directly to the Director of Marketing and take full ownership of the paid media budget and its performance against pipeline goals. You'll also own the marketing automation and AI-powered workflows that support demand gen (HubSpot, Clay, and connected tools) from day one. As the function matures, there's potential to grow into a broader growth marketing role with wider scope. About Stacker Stacker is a fast-growing media technology company rethinking how brands and publishers connect in a rapidly changing information landscape. Our platform helps brands extend the reach of high-quality, editorial content by integrating seamlessly with a vetted network of trusted news publishers across the U.S. We enable thousands of stories to surface across both traditional and AI-driven search, giving publishers content that engages their readers and brands durable visibility and authority they can rely on for growth. As a bootstrapped company, we are deeply resourceful and focused on building a sustainable business grounded in trust, credibility, and measurable impact. Our work has been recognized by the industry, including being named to the Inc. 5000 list twice, and we partner with leading brands such as CreditKarma, CarMax, Hims & Hers, YouGov, and DoorDash to help them earn authority through credible storytelling. We are a remote-first team that values ownership, collaboration, and editorial integrity. At Stacker, we prioritize long-term impact over short-term wins and give our team the autonomy and responsibility to do meaningful work that shapes the future of media. What You'll Do Set the quarterly paid acquisition strategy and channel mix, and own the paid media budget end to end: allocation, forecasting, and ROI accountabilityRun LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns from A to Z: targeting, bidding, budget management, and reportingBuild and iterate on ad creative and messaging in partnership with the marketing and design team: copy, images, videos, and any other asset needed for the campaignsTest and evaluate new platforms (e.g., Reddit, DOOH) to expand our acquisition surface as budget allows, and make the call on where to invest nextOwn performance against core KPIs in partnership with the Director of Marketing: cost per meeting, CTR, conversion rate, total meetings, and pipeline contributionOwn the marketing automation and AI-powered workflows that support demand gen (HubSpot, Clay, and connected tools), including account scoring and personalized outreach workflowsProduce creative assets on a consistent cadenceMaintain reporting and present results and strategy recommendations directly to marketing and company leadershipPartner with Content and Sales to close the loop on lead quality and messaging alignment About You You think like an owner and want to run a paid media program end to end, from strategy to execution. You're comfortable being hands-on with creative, writing copy and designing assets using pre-existing templates, while also stepping back to set budget and channel strategy. You communicate clearly and partner naturally across a small, distributed team, including presenting results and recommendations to leadership. You've built automation workflows before and are ready to own that system, not just contribute to it.
