Responsibilities
- Own demand generation strategy and pipeline performance for the Cybersecurity & Data Protection business.
- Build and execute integrated campaigns that engage IT and security leaders throughout the buyer journey.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Digital, and Content teams to drive go-to-market success.
- Analyze performance, optimize programs, and identify new opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Serve as the marketing lead and advocate for one of ConnectWise's most strategic solution areas.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience with accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience marketing cybersecurity, data protection, or related SaaS solutions.
- Deep understanding of the IT/security buyer journey and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of building programs that drive measurable business impact.
