Responsibilities
- Set and implement the demand generation strategy across various channels
- Make data-driven decisions on budget allocation and channel prioritization
- Develop account-based go-to-market programs using AI personalization
- Design and manage strategic events and webinars to drive pipeline growth
- Optimize program execution across the sales funnel as business needs shift
- Enhance the marketing stack with AI tools and workflows
- Establish KPIs and create comprehensive reporting on demand performance
Qualifications
- 6+ years of demand generation experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, focused on named-account markets
- Experience defining demand strategy and making investment decisions
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and workflows
- Proficient in executing campaigns using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google
- Track record of leading Tier 1 events and webinars with measurable impact
- Broad expertise across multiple demand channels including ABM/ABX and marketing analytics
- Strong writing skills for campaign materials and email promotions
