Deltek Data Architect/ Data Modeler (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek Costpoint data architecture
• Lead the design and governance of enterprise-grade data models
• Drive performance optimization across data models
• Architect and implement complex, high-volume data integration solutions
• Design and evolve cloud-based data architectures
• Establish and enforce data quality, integrity, security, and lineage standards
• Define and manage transformation project/tasks
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and analysts

Basic Qualifications

• Possession of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or 8+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience working with Deltek Costpoint (or other ERP)
• Proven ability to translate complex ERP data structures into clean, business-friendly analytical models
• Experience leading cloud migration or modernization initiatives for data platforms
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise analytics platforms
• Advanced mastery of SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, finance, and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL DB, ADLS, Synapse Analytics, and modern cloud data architecture patterns
• Deep, hands-on expertise with SSIS and Azure Data Factory (or similar technologies)
• Experience with Python for data transformation, automation, or integration enhancements
