Key Responsibilities
- Provide a premier training experience to 14 CFR Part 121 Certified Air Carrier pilots in both Flight Training Devices and Flight Simulators.
- Operate flight training devices and flight simulators.
- Achieve and evaluate pilot performance and student ability to safely operate the aircraft.
- Lead interactive discussions and presentations.
- Adhere to approved curricula and logistical management of briefing room resources.
- Communicate effectively and listen actively.
- Assess and evaluate pilot performance and student ability to operate the aircraft safely.

What You Need to Succeed
- Technology proficiency (Apple iPad tablet, MS PowerPoint).
- Experience as a flight simulator check airman or line check airman at a 14 CFR Part 121 Certified Air Carrier.
- Accrued 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR Part 121 Certified Air Carrier.
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Aircraft Multiengine Land Class.
- Pilot certification for Delta Air Lines or other DPS clients.
- Aircraft Type Rating in aircraft operated by Delta Air Lines or other DPS clients.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Consistently prioritize safety and security.

Starting Pay and Incentive
The starting pay is $62.11 per hour, with a pay increase to $74.54 per hour after 4 months of employment. Additional incentive pay is available for working late nights, weekends, holidays, special events, and exceeding 17 events in a calendar month.
