Delivery Truck Driver - CDL Class B

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
  • Overtime possible; hours may vary
  • Occasional overnights required

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class B
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Prior flatbed experience preferred
  • Must meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
  • Follow all DOT standards and regulations
  • Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card with Non-Excepted Interstate
  • Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs
  • Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, and delivery) is a plus
  • Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials to the customer, including utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
  • Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
  • Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay

$20.22 – $32.30 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
