Delivery Truck Driver - CDL Class B

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 6am–4pm
• Overtime possible; hours may vary

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class B
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Flatbed operating experience a plus
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Pay

Pay Range: $21.19 – $33.83 per hour. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
