Delivery Specialist for Furniture

Main Duties

• Transport furniture goods to customer locations accurately and on schedule
• Carefully load and unload items from delivery trucks
• Check furniture for any damages before and after delivery
• Assemble furniture on-site when required
• Offer outstanding customer support throughout the delivery and setup process
• Keep the delivery vehicle tidy, organized, and in good condition
• Fill out all delivery and installation documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Previous experience in furniture delivery or similar roles is a plus
• Capable of lifting heavy furniture (up to 100 lbs) with assistance
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
