About the Role

As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for operating store vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries, while also maintaining vehicle security and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Process deliveries using fleet management devices.
• Collect payments on C.O.D. orders.
• Pick up customer returns.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
• Communicate customer needs to management.
• Report vehicle issues and complete daily inspections.
• Assist with customer service, stocking, merchandising, and occasional cashier duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing delivery situations.
• Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Preferred familiarity with automotive parts.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Proficiency in operating light store equipment.
