Delivery Solutions Architect - Oil & Gas

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand use case demands for key customers
• Lead technical strategies and execution plans for major company accounts
• Act as the technical leader for assigned use cases, ensuring customer success and onboarding
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries post-technical win
• Utilize support resources and escalate issues to address complex customer needs
• Create and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production
• Interface with product teams for insights on innovation and upgrades
• Develop comprehensive execution plans for customer-facing technical roles and activities
• Report on KPI updates regarding customer health and product adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala programming
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales or consulting
• Familiarity with distributed data systems solution architecture
• Ability to translate project deliverables into business value
• Technical program or project management experience
• Proficient in resolving complex escalations with senior executives
• Experience in conducting strategic workshops and business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed

Pay

$180,000 – $247,500 annually
