Delivery Service Driver I

About the role

As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards

Depot Location: 3840 Metro Drive, Suite 200, Stockton, CA 95215. Local routes only; no freight to move.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Driving Record Expectations

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. We hold our CDL Drivers to the highest safety standards:

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle. Candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol testing after hire. A positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana (THC), will disqualify applicants.

Pay

$35.00 per hour. Shift differential may apply. Eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs.

Schedule

Friday through Sunday, three 12-hour shifts each week starting at 1:00 A.M.
