Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Integrations
About the role
The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team focuses on enterprise technology, collaborating with leading solution providers to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation initiatives. As a US Delivery Senior Consultant, you will work on Financials integrations, supporting Accounting, Spend, Banking, and Grants operations.
Responsibilities
- Transition/Ramp-up: Learn Financials integration, monitor, triage, and support hypercare/stabilization.
- Day-One Surge Support: Monitor and triage integration failures, perform diagnostics, and coordinate data fixes.
- Steady-State Operate: Provide operational support, monitor, manage incidents/problems, and document reruns.
- Innovate & Optimize: Identify and implement improvements, contribute to enhancements, and develop new integrations.
- Modernization Efforts: Support modernization efforts, leveraging new platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting Workday integrations, 4+ years of experience with relevant technologies, and 4+ years of experience with incident management.
Qualifications
- Certified in Workday Integrations or Workday Accounting Center.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Deloitte Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations or Geo-Hub locations.
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities.
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
- Relocation Requirement: Complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance.
