About the role

Our Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This role offers local routes, primarily Monday through Thursday, with a starting wage of $22.93 per hour. The position offers the opportunity to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay through various programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of life-changing products.
• Build strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions.
• Manage order fulfillment effectively to ship products quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in the Wellbeing Program to earn rewards and perks.
• Complete on-the-job training to operate power industrial equipment and advanced automation.

Requirements

• Current valid US Driver's License
• Safe driving record
• Age 21 or older
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequent standing and sitting for extended periods
• Must meet DOT requirements
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
