About the role

The Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This position offers local routes, home daily, and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and efficiently to ensure timely and accurate delivery of life-changing products.
• Build strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions.
• Manage order fulfillment effectively to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Current valid US Driver's License
• Aged 21 or older
• Excellent verbal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Must maintain a safe driving history

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina for standing and sitting for extended periods

Pay

$20.27/hr with the potential to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00AM until route is complete. Schedules are shared two weeks in advance.
