We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Delivery Professional to join our team at our Menomonee Falls, WI Service Center. Matthews International is a worldwide leader in casket manufacturing, providing the highest quality wood, metal, and cremation caskets and other products to our funeral home customers.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of new caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding area using company box trucks and vans.
- Contribute to our warehouse operations as required, assisting in tasks such as prepping, loading and unloading caskets, inventory management, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Service our customers with a friendly and welcoming smile.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must have current driver’s license (CDL is NOT required).
- Ability to pass a DOT Physical and MVR Check.
- Maintain a safe driving record, demonstrating responsible and cautious driving behavior.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and planning skills.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning).
- Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Physical Aspects / Work Environment
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk, hear, and see.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment may be high.

Pay
$21 per hour.
Schedule
- 3–4 days per week with availability to work on occasional Saturdays.
- First shift hours; home every early afternoon.
- 25–29 hours per week.
