About the role
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our ProServe North America Delivery team at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Responsibilities
- Building and managing a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants
- Collaborating with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and provide input on new features
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of innovative, forward-looking IT strategies for customers
- Managing practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of customer engagements
- Driving business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
- Experience in IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in a customer-facing role
- 8+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
- Experience leading application architecture/design/modernization projects, including cloud-based solutioning (AWS or equivalent), with AI and automation

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
- USA, CA, San Francisco - 194,300.00 - 262,800.00 USD annually
- USA, CO, Denver - 169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin - 169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Houston - 169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington - 169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue - 169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually
