About the Opportunity
The Delivery Partner (EST) is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of workforce management services to clients. This role works closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and internal teams to maintain quality service and meet contractual deliverables, contributing directly to smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of workforce management products and services
- Maintain quality client service and site operations focused on contractual obligations
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for daily processes
- Implement or improve processes to increase operational efficiency
- For Payroll desk: ensure screenings and pre-employment checks meet client requirements, conduct new worker orientation, maintain accurate records, handle employee relations issues, and escalate serious concerns
- For Staffing desk: facilitate temporary requisition fulfillment, manage staffing suppliers and hiring manager interactions, qualify requisitions, and resolve issues involving workers, managers, or staffing agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 3+ years in MSP client services, account management in staffing, or recruitment
- Experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass) preferred
- Knowledge of contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Salary range: $55,000-$70,000 USD annually
Salary is based on experience, skills, and geographical location
