About the Opportunity:The DELIVERY PARTNER (CST HOURS- HEALTHCARE) is tasked with ensuring the efficient delivery of workforce management services on-site. This role involves coordinating with vendors, hiring managers, and internal teams to maintain smooth service operations and meet contractual goals. The position plays a critical role in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency, directly impacting client satisfaction and organizational success. Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day delivery of workforce management products and services.Maintain quality client service and site operations aligned with contractual Scope of Work.Oversee one or multiple product lines, such as payroll, compliance, or staffing desk.Keep Standard Operating Procedures current to ensure efficient operations.Implement or improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.For payroll desk: ensure screenings and pre-employment checks, conduct orientations, maintain accurate records, handle employee relations issues, resolve worker-related issues, and escalate critical concerns.For staffing desk: manage temporary requisition fulfillment, coordinate between staffing suppliers and managers, meet proactively with hiring managers, resolve issues related to workers, managers, and agencies. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.Healthcare recruitment or staffing experience, including stipend or locum worker management.Minimum 3 years in MSP client services, staffing account management, or full-cycle recruitment.Preferably experienced with VMS platforms such as Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, or Beeline.Knowledge of contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range is $60,000 to $70,000 USD annually.Salary rates are based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
