Role Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation programs for Retirement clients.
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
Drive program governance, delivery excellence, financial management, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, engineering, data, and QA teams.
Support business development activities, solutioning, and proposal efforts.
Manage distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensure successful project execution.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery.
- Strong domain expertise in Retirement Services, including 401(k), pension administration, retirement recordkeeping, benefits administration, or wealth and retirement platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale application development, modernization, cloud, data, or digital transformation programs.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement.
- Strong program management, budgeting, and governance experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with leading Retirement providers, recordkeepers, or financial services organizations.
- Knowledge of retirement administration platforms and related business processes.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications.
