Delivery Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants overseeing multiple concurrent projects
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of project phases for client implementations
• Conduct weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executives
• Handle client escalations efficiently to maintain satisfaction and retention
• Cultivate a collaborative team culture to promote individual and team growth
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet defined project timelines
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in formulating long-term client strategies
• Provide coaching and guidance in weekly one-on-ones with each consultant

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in team management, client relationships, project management, or technology/SaaS implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Outstanding relationship-building skills to foster excellent client partnerships
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on helping and enabling team members
• Familiarity with SmartSheet is a plus
