As a Delivery Leader in Banking & Capital Markets (BCM), you’ll turn bold ideas into real-world impact by leading large-scale software programs and driving innovation in a fast-moving, cutting-edge environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale software programs end-to-end, including consulting, strategy, execution, and business development.
• Define and implement process frameworks to drive operational excellence across the Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) vertical.
• Oversee project scoping, estimation, resource planning, scheduling, and quality management for complex engagements.
• Partner closely with business development, client stakeholders, and internal engineering teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable, technology-driven solutions.
• Provide thought leadership by driving innovation, digital transformation, and best practices within BCM operations.
• Manage large delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery of client commitments.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics preferred.
• Relevant certifications: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Skills

• Account Maintenance, Banking & Capital Markets, Cash Application, Credit Underwriting, Fraud Disputes, Fraud Investigations, Loan Servicing, Personal Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management.
• Advanced English language proficiency (C1).

Additional details: This is a regular, office-based role with variable shifts in the Philippines.
