Delivery Lead, Media Operations (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Lead, Media Operations (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will oversee the successful execution of media operations, ensuring campaigns are delivered with quality, precision, and a strong client focus. The person in this position will partner closely with clients and internal team members to shape media strategy, guide campaign planning, and keep work moving smoothly across digital platforms. Success in this role will come from strong organization, communication, and the ability to turn data and platform expertise into outcomes that support client goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$115,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality campaign delivery and manage client communications
• Develop media strategy and lead campaign planning
• Build trust and rapport with clients while addressing their needs
• Collaborate with team members on daily tasks and projects
• Execute media campaigns across various digital platforms
• Utilize internal tools for task completion and communication
• Maintain industry knowledge and identify growth opportunities with clients

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant media role or environment
• Expert proficiency in at least two media platforms
• Basic understanding of one additional relevant platform
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and contextualize data for client goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
