Technical Delivery Lead - REMOTE

About the role

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex business and technology initiatives with a focus on healthcare and cloud transformation. Serve as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, operations, and executive leadership, presenting project updates, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage program governance, project scope, risk management, resources, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee and ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent projects, including AWS cloud migration from on‑premise to data center.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, QA, operations).
• Implement and maintain governance frameworks, delivery standards, and escalation processes.
• Mentor and lead cross‑functional teams, promoting accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to define priorities and delivery strategies.
• Drive continuous process improvement and effective stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Maintain financial oversight and resource planning for assigned initiatives.
• Focus on AI and generative AI program delivery within healthcare environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in delivery, program, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare industry initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud migration and cloud transformation.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership abilities, including mentoring and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Technical background with a preference for long tenure in roles and a non‑consulting, hands‑off approach.
