Delivery Lead Driver - CDL Class A - Everett, WA

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow of assigned delivery team
• Aid in new driver onboarding including qualification files
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and customers
• Communicate with supervisors and provide feedback on personnel, mechanical, logistical, and customer service issues
• Assist leading the delivery drivers in a supervisor's absence
• Adhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations
• Balance invoices, manage money, and inventory
• Provide excellent customer service to all assigned accounts
• Collaborate with sales team members to support and evaluate customer needs
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values

Physical Demands

• Use power/manual pallet jack
• Lift/carry and push/pull 35 lbs. repetitively, moving kegs up to 165 lbs.
• Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
• Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle
