About the Opportunity
The Delivery Lead manages day-to-day activities across multiple customer engagements, ensuring teams remain aligned with customer expectations, project requirements, and contractual commitments. This role serves as a key point of coordination between customers, consultants, and internal teams, helping manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain strong engagement performance. The position contributes to successful project delivery through effective communication, organization, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer expectations, business needs, and technical requirements.
- Manage customer requirements to ensure satisfaction and compliance with contractual commitments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, providing guidance and support throughout engagements.
- Conduct regular checkpoints with customers and delivery teams to monitor progress and address concerns.
- Document and communicate processes, procedures, decisions, and engagement updates.
- Collaborate with internal and customer teams to identify, assess, and mitigate engagement risks.
- Monitor engagement scope and help manage changes to requirements and deliverables.
- Consolidate engagement status, budget, resource, and performance information for stakeholders.
- Support internal processes related to time tracking, expenses, invoicing, and engagement administration.
- Identify, track, and manage issues through resolution, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders as needed.
- Facilitate communication between customers, consultants, and internal teams to maintain alignment and accountability.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and support people across multiple teams.
- Experience with project management fundamentals or experience serving as a Scrum Master.
- Exposure to professional services agreements and change management practices.
- Familiarity with IT managed services and relevant IT certifications.
- Knowledge of project risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in IT, professional services, or GSOC environments.
- Experience with site security, protective intelligence, or asset management.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Annual salary range: $50,000–$90,000.
- Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
- Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs such as bonuses and profit sharing.
