About the role
As a Delivery Lead, you will drive end-to-end project execution across multiple Agile teams, enabling the delivery of high-impact, complex solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment, removing obstacles, and maintaining a clear path to value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead two or more Agile teams in delivering complex, end-to-end technology solutions
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and priorities
- Provide delivery leadership across the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning, backlog grooming, and sprint execution, to release planning and post-delivery retrospectives
- Foster a high-performance environment through mentoring, coaching, and supporting team growth and innovation
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks early, keeping delivery on track
- Use data and delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, throughput) to drive transparency and predictability
- Effectively communicate project status, blockers, and progress to stakeholders at all levels
- Champion a “Quality First” approach and promote continuous improvement within and across teams
- Handle shifting business priorities and navigate conflicting demands with calm, focused leadership
- Encourage creative problem-solving and challenge short-term thinking in favor of long-term value
- Cultivate a delivery culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable outcomes
- Contribute to broader organizational improvements by identifying process and structure enhancements across teams (Nice to have)
Requirements
- Experience leading software development and product delivery teams
- Proven success managing end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the education technology (K–12) sector and user needs of educators, students, and administrators (preferred)
- High attention to detail and a bias for action
- Comfortable making tough decisions and asking for support when needed
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or technical discipline
- Agile Scrum Master Certification
