As an Agentic Delivery Lead / Project Manager, you own delivery for a portfolio of customer engagements: the technical leadership, the executive relationship, and the discipline that keeps Think Big Strategy, Train, Build, Support actually looping instead of stalling out after go-live. You'd be joining at the ground floor of a company built by people who have done this before. What You'll DoOwn delivery across a portfolio of customer engagements, connecting the dots between our FDE pods, the customer's engineers, and the executive sponsor underwriting the outcome.Translate the 6D Framework (Define, Design, Develop, Diagnose, Deploy, Direct) from methodology into a delivery cadence your team and the customer can both run on.Run the project management discipline every engagement needs: scoping, sequencing, timelines, status reporting, and risk tracking across concurrent accounts.Mentor and raise the bar for our Forward Deployed Engineers: code quality, evals discipline, and the judgment to know when a prototype is ready to ship and when it isn't.Move engagements from Build into Support without the customer noticing the handoff, because in our methodology there is no handoff, just the next turn of the loop.Hold the executive relationship: report progress, surface risk early, and keep trial engagements converting into multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.Champion governance from day one: data privacy, bias review, and the guardrails that keep an agentic system safe to run in production, not just impressive in a demo.What We're Looking For4+ years leading delivery of production software or AI solutions for enterprise customers, with real accountability for outcomes, not just status reports.A rigorous, repeatable approach to delivery: scoping, sequencing, and risk reviews run the same way every time, so a multi-workstream engagement stays predictable instead of reactive.Experience with LLM-based systems and agentic architectures (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent) deep enough to unblock an engineer, not just nod along.A track record of being the primary translator between engineers and non-technical executives, in the room, live, under pressure.Comfort running multiple accounts at once without letting any of them slip.Coach and mentor instincts. You get as much satisfaction from a teammate's growth as from your own delivery.Nice to have: prior forward-deployed, consulting, or professional-services delivery experience; PMP or equivalent project-management background; direct exposure to AI governance or responsible-AI programs.
