About the role

We're looking for a Delivery Expert to join our team, ensuring customers receive their orders hot, fresh, and with a smile. You'll navigate streets, manage deliveries, and provide excellent customer service as part of our pizza-slinging squad.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot, fresh pizzas to customers efficiently and safely
• Master GPS navigation to optimize delivery routes
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately
• Carefully transport pizza orders to maintain quality
• Organize and manage your delivery vehicle effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
• Report feedback or observations from delivery routes
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong navigation and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic math skills for handling payments and orders
• Proficiency with smartphones and GPS applications
• Physical ability to lift and carry pizza boxes
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
