Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training, including online and classroom sessions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills

• Strong communication skills – ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Mathematical proficiency – add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used); make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination – precise, rapid hand‑eye movements for equipment operation and order entry.
• Computer proficiency – enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, under high stress, while meeting strict quality‑control standards.
• Analytical abilities – analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
• Positive, “Can‑Do” attitude and calm demeanor in customer interactions.
• Vision requirements – near, mid‑range, far, and night vision for reading labels, maps, signs, and driving; depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
