We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description of company, then role specifics. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We have content about responsibilities (warehouse and driver). We have requirements (age, license, DOT physical, 1 year experience, etc). Qualifications maybe overlapping. Skills maybe listed (knowledge of products, safety, communication, math). Benefits are described (profit sharing, medical, dental, etc). Pay not specified (no wage amount). Schedule not specified. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEOC, background screening, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "You Will:" repeated. Also remove navigation etc. We need to include company description? Possibly as part of About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". We can include a brief intro paragraph about the company and role maybe under About the role. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe a brief description), Responsibilities (warehouse and driver duties), Requirements (age, license, DOT physical, experience), Qualifications (maybe knowledge of products, etc), Skills (maybe list of abilities), Benefits (profit sharing, medical, etc). Ensure we don't include filler. We must not include headings with empty content. Let's extract substantive content: Company intro: Hajoca Corporation is one of the country's largest privately-held wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies. Founded in 1858, Hajoca is a company based on the principles of "Service, Integrity, Reliability," and on relationships of trust and support with teammates, customers, and suppliers. Throughout its history, Hajoca has played an active role in shaping advances in plumbing. However, we attribute our success to two simple truths; a unique business philosophy and talented people. Hajoca is all about the people, who give us our advantage, and who will guide us successfully into the future. Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations, called Profit Centers (PCs), is run by the Profit Center Manager as if it were their own small business. A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom. Our PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized business approach, honoring what's special about each local marketplace. Hajoca is one of those trade names and is looking for a Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Teammate at their Greensboro, NC location. Are you friendly and do you thrive on providing great customer service? Are you detail-oriented and safety conscious? Do you enjoy working independently? If so, we'd like you to join our team as a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Teammate. That's a good intro for About the role. Now responsibilities: There are two blocks: "You Will: About the Warehouse Role:" and "You Will: About the Driver Role:" with bullet-like sentences. We need to combine into a list under Responsibilities. Let's extract each duty: Warehouse Role: - Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material. - Stock and maintain the warehouse; and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure. - Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. - Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle. - Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations. - Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier. - Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely. - Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels. - Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets. - Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. - Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. - Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues. - Assist co-workers in servicing customers. - Perform all job functions in accordance with the company's Safety Standards. - Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. - Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. Driver Role: - Operate trucks safely and in compliance with Company rules, applicable laws, and regulations. - Destinations include job sites, customer facilities, vendor facilities, other Hajoca locations, facilities of other wholesalers, or other locations as directed by management. - Load the truck at the Profit Center with Hajoca merchandise to be delivered. - Secure the load properly so that nothing will shift, get damaged, or fall from the truck. - Ensure that the necessary equipment to safely unload the merchandise is available. - Understand the shipping documents that are associated with the merchandise for each delivery and have accurate directions to each delivery destination. - Review shipping documentation and ensure order accuracy. - Unload correct merchandise from the truck and place it where the receiving party wants it. - Obtain legible signature for all merchandise delivered per Company policy and procedure. - Collect and secure outstanding payments for all cash sale deliveries prior to releasing the material to the customer. - Work with customers at the delivery site to resolve shipping discrepancies quickly and accurately. - Load the truck at other locations with merchandise. This includes merchandise picked up at vendor locations, returned by customers, and purchased from other wholesalers. - Provide sales leads by noting prospective customer names and addresses discovered in the course of making deliveries. - Inspect the truck and required parts and accessories to determine safe operating condition prior to departure from the Hajoca location. - Keep truck clean of debris in cab and body. - Advise management of any mechanical problems with the truck. - At the end of the workday, complete the Driver's Daily Vehicle Inspection Report when driving a delivery vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVWR) of 10,001 lbs. or more if a defect or deficiency is found. - At the end of the workday, remove keys from the truck and store keys in the approved location. - Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. - Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. We can combine these into a single list under Responsibilities. Now Requirements: "About You: Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs. As a non-CDL driver, you must: Be at least 21 years old Possess a proper and valid driver's license Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy. Be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before beginning work and again at least every two years while employed and performing this job function. 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred" We can list these as items. Qualifications: maybe "Our Ideal Candidate Will Also:" list. Let's extract Ideal Candidate Will Also: - Know the laws, rules and regulations governing driving motor vehicles in general, and commercial motor vehicles subject to Department of Transportation regulations in particular. - Know of, be able to apply, and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment. - Be able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers. - Be able to remain calm and function effectively in stressful, unexpected, and/or emergency situations. - Be able to learn to operate warehouse material-handling equipment. - Be able to learn and operate the computer related systems used in the delivery process. - Read, write, speak and understand English. - Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. These could be under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction says we can have sections: Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide where to put what. Perhaps Qualifications: the ideal candidate list (knowledge, abilities). Skills: maybe the math, language, etc. But we can also combine. However we must not create thin sections. Better to have Qualifications include the ideal candidate list, and Skills include language and math abilities? But both are similar. Let's treat Qualifications as the list of knowledge/abilities, and Skills as the language and math abilities. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Skills). But we need to follow the allowed headings; we can include both if they have substantive content. Let's see: Qualifications could be the ideal candidate list (knowledge of laws, safety, relationships, calm, learn equipment, learn computer systems). Skills could be language and math abilities. Both are substantive enough. Thus we will have sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Qualifications (list), Skills (list), Benefits (list). No Pay or Schedule. Now Benefits: extract: "The Benefits Of Working With Us: Our culture is well-suited for exceptional people who use their talents to drive business and want to share in the financial success their efforts yield. In addition to a competitive starting wage, we offer a Profit-Sharing Program that provides each team member with an opportunity to earn a direct share of the profits on an annual basis. In addition to our generous compensation package, Hajoca also offers: Full-time benefits (for team members working 30 or more hours per week): Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and critical care coverage Life insurance and Long Term Disability Pre-tax accounts for healthcare, dependent care, and commuter benefits Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time (sick time also offered to PT team members as required by state law) Paid pregnancy and parental leave Paid day of community service Full-time And Part-time Benefits: 401(k) Retirement cash account with company contributions Targeted training programs focused on your personal and professional growth Company wellness program Employee discounts College tuition benefits *Please note that benefit offerings may differ for teammates covered under a collective bargaining agreement or employed through an intern program." We need to list benefits as items. We'll ignore the note about collective bargaining maybe but it's substantive? It's a note; we can include as a sentence maybe. But we can keep as a

note. We must not include boilerplate like EEOC, Background Screening Statement, etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:
