Delivery Driver / Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate who enjoys a fast-paced environment and being part of a small, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Driving (Local Routes)
  • Safely deliver flooring materials to customers (valid driver's license with clean record required)
  • Load and unload product (heavy lifting up to 75 lbs required)
  • Build strong, friendly relationships with customers at drop-offs (positive attitude required)
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections (experience driving box trucks or commercial vans preferred but not required)
• Warehouse Operations
  • Receive, stock, and organize flooring materials
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (we train!)
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Pay

Salary Range: $18–$22/hr and bonus eligible. The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
