Delivery Driver/Warehouse
About the Role
Worldpac, a leading name in automotive parts distribution, is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to drive an established route(s) to deliver products and/or pick up returned merchandise from customers. This position also fulfills all shipping and receiving functions within the branch.

Responsibilities
- Use a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner.
- Create and maintain records as needed.
- Dispatch, confirm customer orders, and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
- Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas by part and quantity.
- Ensure customer orders are located, picked up, and signed for.
- Collect funds from customers if needed and maintain all necessary documents.
- Operate safely and maintain a clean and neat work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the country of application.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per company standards.
- Must meet all applicable state/province-specific driver’s license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to challenge upwards with respectful pushback.
- Willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge about branch operations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability and willingness to drive safely, adhering to all company safety standards.
- Capable of safely operating equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Proficient in basic math skills.
- Ability to use a computer and a handheld radio frequency device.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with automotive parts.
Physical/Work Environment Expectations
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to high places, fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- High (loud) noise level in the work environment.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and listen.
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Pay
Expected base salary range: USD $17.00 - USD $22.75 per hour. Individual pay will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
