The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products and related supplies to customers throughout the Boston, 495 North & South, Route 128 North & South, and/or Rhode Island areas. This position plays a key role in providing dependable service, protecting product quality, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting company safety and delivery standards.
Location: Shrewsbury, MA. Travel: Local and regional delivery routes throughout assigned service areas. Work Setting: Warehouse, refrigerated cooler, and delivery routes.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck and complete assigned delivery routes accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure fresh flowers and related products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
- Provide professional, responsive customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle while monitoring equipment for proper operation.
- Safely load, unload, and handle products using equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, and RF scanners.
- Navigate assigned routes using maps and GPS while managing time effectively
