Delivery Driver/ Service Technician

About the role

George’s Pharmacy is seeking a delivery technician who lives in the Connersville area and is familiar with the local roadways. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and setting up durable medical equipment promptly to patients' residences. Responsibilities include following routes and schedules, loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and operating a delivery vehicle, collecting payments, completing logs and reports, and selling other products and services.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and setting up durable medical equipment in the patient's residence
• Following routes and time schedule
• Loading, unloading, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Collecting payments
• Completing logs and reports
• Selling other products and services

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Respectable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 120 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Technical knowledge of durable medical equipment and/or respiratory products is preferred
